May visit: ReconnaissanceThis is a featured page

Bluebells and Japanese MapleIn May the academic team visited the Foxcombe Hall site to carry out reconnaissance.

We wished to make an initial assessment of the site and to formulate a plan to improve it over the next year. It was also neccessary to commence recording a list of all the species on the site, both indiginous, planted exoctics and invasives. We have recorded our intial thoughts and impressions in a series of blogs, audio and video recordings which you can find on the pages shown in the navigation sidebar.
Janet will give you an introduction to the site.
